▸ See recent projectsBijan Renovation is a one-person, owner-operated business — when you call, you talk to Bijan, and the person who quotes your job is the person who does the work. No salespeople, no hand-offs, nothing lost in translation.
The work covers kitchen upgrades, bathroom upgrades and flooring across the North Shore and Metro Vancouver — from full remodels to focused updates that make a dated room feel new again.
Every project is planned and priced in writing before work starts, surfaces are protected while we work in your home, and the site is left tidy each day.
“Your home isn’t a job site to me — it’s where you live. I quote every project myself, do the work myself, and treat your kitchen or bathroom the way I’d treat my own: protected, tidy, and finished properly. If something isn’t right, I’d rather you tell me so I can fix it.”
Three specialties, done properly. Whether it’s one room or a full main floor, the work is planned, priced up front, and finished clean. Every photo here is from a real Bijan Renovation project — more of Bijan’s work is on Instagram. Tap a service to open its page.
Full kitchen remodels, or a smart refresh that makes the room feel new again — layout, cabinets, counters and finishes handled start to finish.

New floors change the whole feel of a home. We install hardwood, laminate and vinyl plank, and finish with matching baseboards and transitions.
Same room, new kitchen — dated oak cabinets and laminate counters out, light-wood cabinets, glossy white uppers and a gas range in.

The things homeowners usually ask before booking a site visit.
Yes. Every project starts with a free site visit and a clear written quote — no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot. Call 778-697-6461 or send the quote form below.
Surfaces, floors and belongings around the work area are masked and protected before work starts, and the site is tidied at the end of each day. For dusty work like cutting and sanding, the area is sealed off so the mess stays contained.
North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Vancouver. If you’re just outside those areas in Metro Vancouver, call and ask — smaller jobs are sometimes possible depending on the schedule.
Bijan himself. Bijan Renovation is owner-operated, so the person who visits, quotes and does the work is the same person — you always know who is in your home and who to call with a question.

Full kitchen remodels, or a smart refresh that makes the room feel new again — layout, cabinets, counters and finishes handled start to finish, by the owner himself.
A finished Bijan Renovation kitchen — light-wood lower cabinets, glossy white uppers, new counters and a gas range. The same kitchen, before and during the work, is shown below.
It starts with a free site visit: Bijan measures your kitchen, talks through what you have in mind, and gives you a clear written quote before any work begins — no obligation and no pressure.
During the work, surfaces and floors around the kitchen are protected, dust is kept down, and the site is left tidy each day. At the end, you walk through the finished kitchen together and check every detail before the job is handed over.
A kitchen upgrade often pairs well with new flooring — the two are quoted together so the finished room comes together in one project.
The same kitchen from the top of this page, in real photos from the job — a full remodel from dated oak to a bright, modern room.
From a tired tub-and-tile bathroom to a modern walk-in shower — waterproofed properly, tiled neatly, and finished to last.

Every bathroom starts with a free site visit and a clear written quote. Bijan checks the existing plumbing fixtures, tile and waterproofing, and talks through what you want changed — a full remodel or a focused update.
Wet areas are waterproofed properly before tile goes on, so the finished bathroom is built to last. Surfaces outside the work area are protected, and the site is left tidy each day.
When the work is done, you walk through the bathroom together and check the tile lines, fixtures and finishes before handover.

A different project — a tub bathroom, followed in real work-in-progress photos from demolition through waterproofing to tile. This is what a proper renovation actually looks like along the way.
A third project on this page — another bathroom, this one taken right back: vanity out, floor opened up, plumbing exposed, then rebuilt with a new tub, tile and vanity.
And a fourth — a shower stall in another home, rebuilt from the studs: board, waterproofing, then tile.
New floors change the whole feel of a home. We install hardwood, laminate and vinyl plank, and finish with matching baseboards and transitions.
Recent flooring work by Bijan Renovation — a finished dark hardwood floor from a real project. The photos below show how it got there, from prep to installation.
Every floor starts with proper prep — we check and level the subfloor first, so the finished floor sits flat and quiet. At the free site visit, Bijan measures up and helps you weigh the trade-offs between hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate and tile for your home and budget.
The quote covers the full job — flooring, baseboards and transitions — so there are no surprises partway through. Floors and belongings around the work area are protected, and the site is left tidy each day.
Real photos from Bijan Renovation projects — no stock pictures. Every floor follows the same order: prep the subfloor flat, install, then finish.
The same staircase job in order — bare plywood steps, flooring going on, and the finished treads.
One big bedroom job, start to finish — old carpet out, a light oak-look floor in. The furniture stayed in the home, wrapped and protected while the work went on around it.
One whole job, before and after — the rooms stripped back to the concrete subfloor first, then the finished light wood-look floors and grey bathroom tile in the same spaces. Flip through all ten photos.
